It suits founders with frequent digital work, accessible tools and clear examples of the standard they want. Engagements are available to businesses in the UK, US and Singapore.

Meeting preparation

A briefing assembled from relevant conversations, documents and open commitments, with links to the sources.

Meeting follow-up

A recap, proposed action list and draft follow-up messages based on the meeting and your preferences.

Routine correspondence

Reply drafts shaped by approved examples and response rules, with exceptions surfaced for review.

The workflow prepares the output and surfaces points to check. You review and approve it. External messages and important commitments require your approval.

Start with a short recorded working session. Do a normal task and explain the choices that matter. We turn that into a preferences playbook, workflow rules and test examples. You review a short summary and the first outputs; we write the documentation.

Access is limited to the agreed tools and work. Confidential information is handled through secure access, with providers and retention agreed during setup.

Consistency is part of the work.

We test on your examples, make approval rules explicit and flag missing context. During the trial, we measure output quality and your handling time, including review, corrections and exceptions. Success criteria are agreed before building.

Time saved depends on the task and the quality of available inputs. Continued management includes monitoring, fixes, quality checks and updates to your preferences.

The $3,000 engagement.

The initial 30-day engagement costs USD 3,000 and covers up to three related workflows across up to three agreed applications. It includes preference capture, implementation, testing, monitoring and documented handover.

We aim to make the first workflow usable within ten business days of receiving the required access and examples. Pay 50% at kickoff and the balance on agreed acceptance. Scope, success criteria and a bounded correction period are set in advance.

Optional managed support is USD 3,000 per month, including one scoped improvement each month. Software costs and support response times are agreed separately.
