Before we talk

A few things
to know.

How much do you need from me?

A short recorded working session, access to the agreed tools and feedback on the first outputs. We handle the documentation, setup and testing.

What happens in the first 30 days?

We capture your preferences and build up to three related workflows across up to three agreed applications. We aim to have the first workflow usable within ten business days of receiving access and examples. Scope and acceptance criteria are agreed before we start.

How do we know it’s working?

We compare output quality and your handling time, including review, corrections and exceptions. The success criteria and a bounded correction period are agreed in advance.

What does continued management include?

Monitoring, fixes, quality checks, preference updates and one scoped improvement each month. Continued management is optional, at $3,000 per month. Software costs and response times are agreed separately.

How much control do I keep?

Approval rules are agreed with you. External messages and important commitments require your approval. Access is limited to the agreed tools and work.
